When creating your next residential project, remember that in todays world that operates faster and more efficiently than ever before is coupled with people who like to slow down… particularly when they get home. One way to emphasize this in your project is to include a “Slow Food” element where residents can enjoy an organic home cooked meal that promotes better health and a general sense of well-being.
Throughout 120 countries there is now an international organization promoting this and in progressive cities like San Francisco we are seeing this is far more than a trend.
So if you don’t have the land to grow vegetables for your residents, the next best thing maybe a restaurant/farmer’s market that does the dirty work for them (and you) and helps everyone slow down.
